Request for a Testimonial

As many of you know, I have another practice in Newport Beach. I work at the Long Beach practice on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, and on Mondays and Tuesdays, I am in my private practice in OC.

For your information, Pacific Psych Solutions is a group practice designed for psychologists who want support staff to handle administrative tasks such as insurance billing, intake scheduling, and patient check-in.

On the other hand, my private practice in Newport Beach (“Gritty Therapy,” the newly established name for my practice) is an individual private practice where I am the sole owner; therefore, I am responsible for the administrative side of the practice as well as patient care.

To reduce administrative costs, I opted not to accept insurance in my private practice. This decision will make my life a great deal more manageable, but cash-pay patients require a strong marketing presence. Hence, the reason for this request.

I am in the process of building a website for my Newport Beach private practice. I am using a specialized marketing company, and they have recommended that I get a few testimonials from patients. Of course, your identity would be confidential. (The only identifying feature I would like to include on the testimonial would be your age because I think it is relevant to most people looking for a psychologist.)

This request is optional! I know that this is a lot to ask, especially if this is a busy time. Please do not feel obliged in any way to fill out this form or provide a testimonial.

I thought of you because our work together has been dynamic, and I believe you have grown significantly in our time together. On a personal note, I have developed a great deal from working with you as well. Many times, you have been a mirror for me just as I have been for you.

I thought this process might be more straightforward if you had specific questions to consider. You do not have to answer any or all of the below questions. If you like one or two of the questions, you can answer them right on this form. On the other hand, if you don’t need any prompts, write freely, and ignore these questions.
